Our quotes are one all-inclusive price covering labour and materials, with the scope of works set out clearly in writing. If anything on site changes that scope, we'll discuss it with you before we proceed.

Standard dividing fences up to 2m usually don't need approval, but fences over 2m, pool fencing and corner blocks can have their own rules. We'll flag anything that might need a permit when we quote, so you're not caught out.

In Queensland, the cost of a dividing fence is generally shared 50/50 between neighbours under the Neighbourhood Disputes Act. We can provide a written quote you can share with your neighbour, and issue the required fencing notice if you need one.

Most residential fences are done in one to two days once we start, depending on the length and whether concrete needs time to cure. We'll give you a clear timeframe with your quote so you know what to expect.
